This role will be instrumental in driving Talent, Learning, Culture and Organizational Development initiatives across the region, leveraging People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, continuous improvement methodologies and digital solutions to create meaningful employee experiences and support business growth.
As part of the EMEA Talent & Culture team, you will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that enhance organizational capability, leadership development, learning effectiveness and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
📊 People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Design and maintain talent, learning and culture dashboards.
- Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor key talent indicators, workforce trends and development metrics.
- Generate executive reports and presentations for senior leaders.
- Ensure data quality, governance and consistency across the region.
🤖 Artificial Intelligence for Talent
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance Talent and Development processes.
- Explore innovative technologies that improve learning effectiveness and employee experience.
- Promote AI adoption within HR processes and capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with regional teams to develop future-ready talent practices leveraging AI.
🎓 Learning & Development
- Design and deploy regional learning and development programs.
- Support leadership development, capability building and career growth initiatives.
- Manage learning platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
- Measure learning impact and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Develop innovative learning experiences aligned with business priorities.
🌱 Culture & Organizational Development
- Drive culture transformation initiatives aligned with Bimbo's values and strategic priorities.
- Support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and desired culture.
- Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives across EMEA.
🔄 Continuous Improvement & Project Management
- Review and optimize Talent and Development processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and standardization.
- Support the development of scalable regional solutions and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Master's degree or certifications in Talent Management, Learning, Organizational Development, Data Analytics or AI are a plus.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Culture or People Analytics.
- Experience working in international or regional environments.
- Proven experience managing projects and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with AI applications in Talent and HR processes.
- Knowledge of learning platforms and talent management systems.
- Project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Additional European languages are desirable.
